Fees are non-refundable once the treatment process has begun unless otherwise specified in a special agreement.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.
Late cancellations may incur a cancellation fee.
In case of emergencies or unavoidable circumstances, please inform us at the earliest.
